*Due to limited availability, we are only accepting applications for neuters for the remainder of 2025.*
Each month, Denver Kittens releases a very limited number of vouchers to local TNR trappers and families who can't afford the cost of spaying or neutering (speutering) their cat. Please read more below before applying.
For families and ferals
Owned pets:
This program, in partnership with Spay Today, is meant for families who are not in Metro Street Cats' zip codes and cannot afford other low-cost options. One application per cat, and you must provide a photo of your cat for possible use in marketing materials.

Feral cats:
Limited to 5 vouchers per trapper per month. You must provide photos of trapped cats to qualify for future vouchers. Please do not fill out a voucher application, and instead, email us at info@denverkittens.org to sign up.
The fine print
The application is for families in the Denver Metro Area. Submitting an application does not guarantee a voucher. Quantities are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
If given a voucher, a representative will provide instructions on how to make the appointment. The applicant must provide a fully-refundable $25 fee at the time the appointment is scheduled and must obtain their own transportation to the clinic. The voucher only covers the cost of the spay or neuter surgery, core vaccines, and microchip. It will not cover any other medical needs the cat may have (such as FELV testing). The applicant is able to opt into those at their own cost. Vouchers must be used in same month received unless otherwise stated.
One application per animal. If you have multiple animals who need surgery, please submit one application for each. If you don't receive a voucher the month you apply, you'll be added to a waitlist and contacted when one become available.
Want to support spay & neuter efforts?
Every $75 donation covers the cost of one surgery, preventing the birth of 80+ kittens over the course of a cat's lifetime. Spaying and neutering is the only way to prevent the suffering and unnecessary euthanasia that happens across the country due to overpopulation.
